Online Personal Training- 3 MONTH PROGRAM
Whether you are looking for assistance in maintaining an active and healthy pregnancy, healing your body post-pregnancy, gaining a lean athletic body, building strength, losing weight or looking to get strong/toned for personal satisfaction, let me help you!
With online training, I will design a 12-Week program that is custom built to your specific needs/goals and will help you understand how to implement the program. Regardless on if you are planning on working out a gym or staying at home, this program is great for those looking to have structure, accountability and of course, flexibility.
Each month you will receive 3 workouts per week (12 workouts total), each to complete on your own time and schedule. At least once a week (by either email, phone or FaceTime) we will review your progress, make adjustments as needed, and provide any additional recommendations to maximize results. Additionally, if you submit videos of you completing exercises, I will analyze your form and offer recommendations for improvement. On top of that, I am always available for support via email 24/7.

How To Get Started?
After you have purchased your program, you will be emailed the following: new client intake form, liability waiver and Pregnancy Disclaimer (only applicable for those whom are expecting). Fill these out ASAP so that I can review. Of course, if I have any questions, I will request a time to chat either via email/ FaceTime or by phone. If there are no questions, we will move on to the next step and get you ready to rock and roll!
When will I receive my workouts?
Once the questionnaires have been reviewed and approved, the next step is receiving your customized workouts, which will ALWAYS be on a Sunday to start the week off right. You will not need to wait for a fresh new month to begin, instead Month #1 will start on whatever Sunday follows the questionnaire review/approval. I will use this date as your start date and draw a program out from there.
What happens at the end of the 12 weeks?
Time to reassess! During the previous 12-week time, with the help of feedback and weekly check ins, I will be able to further collect an idea of your progress. With this information, I will then be able to provide you a new program to help further your improvement and help you reach your goals. **If you are on 3 month plan, this is when payment will again be collected***
